  • I work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds who are seeking greater connection, healing, and understanding in their relationship with their bodies, intimacy, and sexuality. Many clients come to address sexual trauma, disconnection, or challenges in their relationships, while others are looking to expand their capacity for pleasure and self-awareness.

  • If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s completely normal. Many clients start with a coaching session, where we can discuss your goals and determine the best path forward based on your needs and comfort level.

  • Not at all. This work meets you exactly where you are. Whether you are completely new or have experience with therapy, coaching, or bodywork, sessions are tailored to your level of comfort and readiness.

  • Yes. Safety—physical, emotional, and energetic—is the foundation of all sessions. Every aspect of the work is grounded in clear communication, consent, and professional boundaries.

  • Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time. Before any session begins, we discuss what to expect, and throughout the session, you are always encouraged to communicate your comfort level. You are in control of your experience at all times.

  • Absolutely. You may pause or stop the session at any point, for any reason. Your boundaries are always respected.

  • I adhere to a strict code of ethics and maintain clear, professional boundaries in all sessions. This work is conducted with integrity, respect, and a focus on your well-being.

  • These are somatic (body-based) approaches that explore the connection between the mind and the body, particularly in relation to intimacy and sexuality. Rather than working only through conversation, we incorporate awareness and, when appropriate, guided touch to help release patterns held in the body.

  • Sexual energy is a natural life force connected to creativity, vitality, and connection. This work helps you access and work with that energy intentionally to support healing, empowerment, and transformation.

  • No. While this work can be deeply therapeutic, it is not traditional talk therapy. It integrates coaching, somatic awareness, and, in some cases, experiential practices to create a more embodied healing process.

  • No. Not all sessions involve touch. Everything is discussed and agreed upon beforehand, and many sessions—especially coaching—are entirely conversational.

  • Yes. A significant focus of my work is supporting women who have experienced sexual trauma. This is approached with great care, patience, and a trauma-informed foundation.

  • That is completely normal. This work can feel vulnerable, especially at the beginning. We move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you, and nothing is ever rushed or forced.

  • At times, this work may bring up emotions or past experiences. This is part of the healing process, and I am trained to support you through it safely and respectfully.

  • Most sessions are 90 minutes, with extended or immersive sessions available upon request.

  • Yes. Coaching sessions are available via video. Bodywork-based sessions are conducted in person.

  • Sessions are based in New York, with availability for travel throughout the Northeast (NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, RI) upon request.

  • Your first session is focused on understanding your goals, answering any questions, and creating a plan that feels aligned with your needs. We prioritize comfort, clarity, and building trust from the start.

  • No, but many clients find that working together over a series of sessions creates deeper and more lasting results.

  • This work is a process. Packages allow for continuity, deeper trust, and more meaningful integration between sessions.

  • Surrogate partner therapy is a structured, professional approach to working through intimacy and sexuality challenges with a trained partner. It is often done in collaboration with a licensed therapist and follows a well-established ethical framework.

  • This work is often helpful for individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, inexperience, or difficulty with intimacy and connection.

  • Yes. All client information, sessions, and communication are kept strictly confidential.
